The Oral Health Improvement Team is proud to be commissioned by Nottinghamshire County Council and Nottingham City Council to deliver, promote and support oral health improvement programmes and education services within Nottinghamshire.

The team co-ordinate, facilitate and support a range of evidence-based interventions to reduce oral health inequalities and promote better oral health within our communities.

The service creates tooth-friendly environments through training and local accreditation programmes.

Our team works with early year’s settings, schools, children and adults with special needs and /or living in care settings, the team also work with other groups within the community.

Oral health is everyone’s responsibility, therefore training is available to health and non- health professionals. The team provides training throughout the year.
