To all our practice patients and visitors

We’re aware of the lifting of the remaining COVID-19 restrictions from 19 July 2021. But we still need to act cautiously to stop the spread of the virus. Health premises are a higher risk environment and we need to maintain some control measures to keep everyone safe now that we have more transmissible variants of covid in our daily lives. We are asking everyone visiting our practice to wear a face mask, unless you’re exempt, maintain social distancing and use hand gel or wash your hands.

We are currently providing care for our Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland patients at the following clinics:

In order to comply with strict infection control practices, appointments are allocated to each clinic on the basis of the type of care to be provided rather than patient location.
To enquire about a referral please contact the referral team on 0116 295 7161 or 0333 207 9953
We are currently re-establishing services and prioritizing the most urgent care first. We will contact patients as and when we are able to see them, but please call us on 0333 207 9953 if you have an urgent dental problem.

Attendance to a clinic is by an appointment only to enable us to ensure adequate social distancing and patient safety. Prior to attending your appointment, we will ask if you or any household members have any covid symptoms so that we can ensure your treatment is delivered in the safest possible manner.

When you attend for an appointment you will be asked to wear a fluid resistant face mask and to apply sanitizer to your hands before you come into the clinic.
To minimise personal contact, we ask that patients do not bring any non-essential items into the clinic, and that they are unaccompanied unless they require the help of a carer or parent to attend.

If you have any further questions regarding your appointment please call us on 0333 207 9953 between 08:30 and 17:00.
